Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within several business days after being placed. In some cases, there may be a delay between the time your order is placed and when it is picked up from our warehouse.
Certain items require additional preparation or handling time. Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate and up-to-date processing estimates.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Furniture & Oversized Item Shipping
Furniture and oversized items are shipped via freight carriers and may require extended processing and delivery times.
The estimated shipping time listed on each product page reflects the processing time before the item leaves our warehouse. Once the item has shipped, transit times typically range from 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination and carrier scheduling.
When your item arrives at the local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will contact you via phone, email, or text to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please note:
Some deliveries require a signature upon arrival
Oversized items are delivered curbside unless otherwise specified
Deliveries are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Rural or remote locations may experience longer delivery times due to limited carrier routes.
White Glove Delivery
Certain items may qualify for White Glove Delivery, which includes in-home delivery and additional service such as placement or packaging removal.
If White Glove Delivery is available for your item, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock in our warehouse.
Estimated shipping dates listed for these items are approximate and subject to change due to supplier production schedules, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Once pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, additional processing time may be required before shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received the package.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total.
Standard shipping rates are typically 10% of the order value, unless a promotional offer or discount applies.
Additional delivery fees may apply for larger items:
$99 oversized item handling fee for furniture or large décor pieces
$199 White Glove Delivery service fee (when selected or required)
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.
